More Co-op Housing Collective (MCHC) is a group of neighbours, friends, and community members who want to grow the cooperative housing movement in Toronto and beyond. We are students, retirees, planners, educators, community organizers, builders, and more. Some of us live in co-ops. (And all of us want to!) Mission Our mission is to provide co-operative housing solutions in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) that address the needs for: More community Medium-density builds  Housing that is financially accessible Vision Our vision is for housing that is community-oriented, equitable and secure. We want a better Toronto through decommodified housing, facilitating sustainable lifestyles, and operating with principles of equity, inclusion, and solidarity with Indigenous communities.
